At TWOPAGES Curtains, we want you to love your custom window treatments; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made orders are subject to specific conditions due to their bespoke nature.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the curtains in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, accessories, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Shipping the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
