How do I accurately measure my windows for custom curtains?
For width, measure the curtain rod or track, not the window itself, and multiply by 1.5-2 for fullness. For length, measure from the top of the rod to your desired end point (sill, apron, or floor).
What is the typical shipping time for custom orders?
Custom orders are typically tailored within 5-7 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days via DHL or FedEx, depending on your location.
Can I request fabric swatches before placing a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering our sample booklets or individual swatches to verify the color, texture, and light-filtering properties in your home's unique lighting.
What is your return policy for custom-made products?
Since custom curtains are made to your specific measurements, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
What is the difference between blackout and room darkening linings?
Blackout linings block 99-100% of incoming light and provide thermal insulation, while room darkening linings reduce significant glare and provide privacy while allowing a soft glow to filter through.
Are your curtains machine washable?
Care instructions vary by material. Most of our linen and velvet curtains are dry clean only to prevent shrinkage and maintain fabric integrity, while some polyester blends may be machine washed on a gentle cycle.
